1. Information We Collect / Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập

1.1 Account Information / Thông tin tài khoản

You can create an account using your email address and a password. We store the following in a profiles table: your email address, display name, your current plan, and your credit balances. Authentication and account data are hosted on Supabase in the EU (eu-west-1, Ireland) region.

Bạn có thể tạo tài khoản bằng email và mật khẩu. Chúng tôi lưu trữ email, tên hiển thị, gói dịch vụ và số dư tín dụng của bạn. Hệ thống xác thực và dữ liệu được lưu trữ trên Supabase tại khu vực Ireland (Liên minh Châu Âu).

1.2 Product Data You Submit / Dữ liệu sản phẩm bạn gửi

When you use our AI generation feature, you upload a product photo and a Vietnamese-language product description. Both are sent to the Google Gemini API for processing.

Important: your uploaded photo is processed in transit only and is not stored or retained by DongBridge anywhere. Only the generated text result (English title, description, SEO tags, and suggested USD/GBP prices) together with your Vietnamese description is saved as your history in a conversions table on Supabase.

Khi sử dụng tính năng tạo nội dung bằng AI, bạn tải lên ảnh sản phẩm và mô tả sản phẩm bằng tiếng Việt. Cả hai được gửi đến Google Gemini để xử lý. Ảnh chỉ được xử lý trong quá trình truyền và DongBridge không lưu trữ ảnh ở bất kỳ đâu. Chúng tôi chỉ lưu kết quả dạng văn bản (tiêu đề, mô tả, thẻ SEO và giá đề xuất) cùng với mô tả tiếng Việt của bạn làm lịch sử trong bảng conversions trên Supabase.

1.3 Payment Information / Thông tin thanh toán

Payments (by credit/debit card, including Apple Pay and Google Pay) are processed directly by Stripe. Full payment details are never transmitted to or stored on DongBridge servers. We store a Stripe customer ID so that you can manage or cancel your plan through the Stripe Billing Portal, and we receive only non-sensitive confirmation data (e.g., payment status, plan reference).

Thanh toán (bằng thẻ tín dụng/ghi nợ, gồm Apple Pay và Google Pay) được xử lý trực tiếp bởi Stripe. DongBridge không lưu trữ đầy đủ chi tiết thanh toán. Chúng tôi chỉ lưu mã khách hàng Stripe để bạn có thể quản lý hoặc hủy gói dịch vụ qua Stripe Billing Portal.

1.4 Usage Data / Dữ liệu sử dụng

We collect basic service usage data, such as the number of AI generations used, timestamps, and your plan tier. We also process your IP address transiently for rate-limiting and abuse prevention (lawful basis: legitimate interest / security); it is used as a short-lived key by our rate-limit provider (Upstash, see Section 3) and is not retained as part of your profile. This data is used to operate the Service, apply your credit balance, and prevent abuse.

2. How We Use Your Data / Cách chúng tôi sử dụng dữ liệu

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, operate, and maintain the DongBridge Service.
Process AI generation requests via the Google Gemini API.
Manage your account, credit balances, and payments via Stripe.
Send transactional communications: receipts, password reset emails, and account or credit alerts.
Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not share it with any party not listed in this Policy. We do not use your data for advertising except via optional Meta (Facebook) advertising tools — a browser Pixel and a server-side Conversions API — described in Section 6, which operate only with your explicit consent.

3. Third-Party Processors & Cross-Border Transfers

Your data is shared with the following sub-processors solely to operate the Service. Because these providers operate globally, your data may be transferred to and processed outside Vietnam and the UK (for example, in the EU/Ireland, the United States, Japan, or elsewhere). Each processor is contractually bound to handle your data securely.

Dữ liệu của bạn được chia sẻ với các đơn vị xử lý dưới đây chỉ để vận hành dịch vụ, và có thể được chuyển và xử lý bên ngoài Việt Nam và Vương quốc Anh (ví dụ tại Liên minh Châu Âu, Hoa Kỳ hoặc Nhật Bản).

Supabase

Purpose: Hosting, database & authentication (email/password sign-in)

Data shared: Account data (email, display name, plan, credit balances) and your conversion history (generated text + Vietnamese description)

Hosted in the EU (eu-west-1, Ireland) with encryption at rest.

Google (Gemini API)

Purpose: AI content generation

Data shared: The product photo and Vietnamese description you submit

Processed in transit per Google's API Terms; DongBridge does not retain the uploaded photo.

Stripe

Purpose: Payment processing (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay)

Data shared: Email address and a Stripe customer ID for billing and plan management

PCI DSS Level 1 certified. DongBridge never stores full card details.

Meta Platforms (Facebook Pixel + Conversions API)

Purpose: Advertising conversion tracking (browser Pixel + server-side Conversions API)

Data shared: Page-view and conversion events from your browser via the Meta Pixel, plus conversion events (sign-up, purchase, first listing) sent directly server-to-server via the Conversions API — including your SHA-256 HASHED email, IP address, browser user-agent, Meta _fbp/_fbc cookies, and (for purchases) the amount and currency.

Both the browser Pixel and the server-side Conversions API fire only after you give explicit cookie consent; with no consent, nothing — browser or server — is sent to Meta. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Upstash

Purpose: Rate limiting & abuse prevention

Data shared: Your IP address and user ID, used transiently as rate-limit keys (not persisted as profile data)

Redis processing in the United States. Used only to throttle requests and protect the Service.

Vercel

Purpose: Application hosting & content delivery

Data shared: Request metadata and IP address, processed transiently to serve the site

Global edge network; may process data in the United States.

4. Data Retention / Lưu trữ dữ liệu

Account data: Retained for the lifetime of your account, plus a short period following account deletion to allow recovery if requested.
Uploaded photos: Processed in transit only and not stored by DongBridge.
Conversion history: The generated text and your Vietnamese description are stored in your account history. You can export or delete your full history at any time from your Dashboard.
Payment records: Held by Stripe and retained as required to meet applicable UK accounting and tax obligations.

5. Your Rights / Quyền của bạn

We honor your data-protection rights under the UK GDPR (the law of our home jurisdiction) and comparable international data-protection principles, including the rights to:

Access & Portability — From your Dashboard you can export your full history as a downloadable JSON file.
Erasure — From your Dashboard you can delete all of your history at any time.
Rectification — Correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Account data requests — Request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting our support email below.
Object / Restrict — Object to or restrict processing of your personal data for non-essential purposes, including withdrawing cookie consent (see Section 6).

For Users in Vietnam — Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) / Dành cho người dùng tại Việt Nam

Because DongBridge is offered to sellers in Vietnam, we also process the personal data of Vietnamese users in accordance with Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15 (the "PDPL"), in force from 1 January 2026 and implemented by Decree No. 356/2025/NĐ-CP — which supersedes the earlier Personal Data Protection Decree (Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP). The PDPL applies to organisations outside Vietnam that process the personal data of people in Vietnam, so it applies to us even though the Operator is based in the United Kingdom.

Consent: We rely on your explicit, specific consent for any non-essential processing — in particular the Meta advertising tools in Section 6 — obtained through our cookie banner, and you can withdraw it at any time as easily as you gave it.
Your rights: You may access, correct, delete, export, and restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and withdraw consent — exercisable from your Dashboard or by emailing support@dongbridge.com.
Cross-border transfer: Operating the Service necessarily transfers your personal data outside Vietnam to the processors listed in Section 3 — Google (Gemini API), Meta Platforms, Stripe, Vercel, and Upstash — in the EU, the United Kingdom, the United States, and elsewhere. We disclose these transfers and rely on your consent together with our agreements with each processor as their basis.
Regulatory compliance:The Operator is aware of the PDPL's cross-border transfer impact assessment (CTIA) obligation toward the Ministry of Public Security and will comply with it as required.

This section is an informational disclosure of your protections under Vietnamese law. It does not change the governing law of your contract with the Operator, which remains England & Wales (see Section 10 of our Terms of Service).

Vì DongBridge phục vụ người bán tại Việt Nam, chúng tôi xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân của người dùng Việt Nam theo Luật Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân số 91/2025/QH15 ("PDPL"), có hiệu lực từ ngày 1 tháng 1 năm 2026 và được hướng dẫn bởi Nghị định số 356/2025/NĐ-CP — thay thế Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP trước đây. PDPL áp dụng cho cả các tổ chức ngoài Việt Nam khi xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân của người tại Việt Nam, nên áp dụng cho chúng tôi dù đơn vị vận hành đặt tại Vương quốc Anh.

Sự đồng ý: Chúng tôi dựa trên sự đồng ý rõ ràng, cụ thể của bạn cho mọi hoạt động xử lý không thiết yếu — đặc biệt là các công cụ quảng cáo của Meta ở Mục 6 — thu thập qua thanh cookie, và bạn có thể rút lại bất cứ lúc nào dễ dàng như khi đã đồng ý.

Chuyển dữ liệu xuyên biên giới: Việc vận hành dịch vụ đòi hỏi chuyển dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn ra ngoài Việt Nam tới các đơn vị xử lý nêu ở Mục 3 — Google (Gemini API), Meta Platforms, Stripe, Vercel và Upstash — tại EU, Vương quốc Anh, Hoa Kỳ và nơi khác. Chúng tôi công bố các hoạt động chuyển này và dựa trên sự đồng ý của bạn cùng các thỏa thuận với từng đơn vị xử lý làm cơ sở.
Tuân thủ quy định: Đơn vị vận hành nhận biết nghĩa vụ lập hồ sơ đánh giá tác động chuyển dữ liệu cá nhân ra nước ngoài (CTIA) đối với Bộ Công an theo PDPL và sẽ tuân thủ khi được yêu cầu.

Mục này là thông tin công bố về các quyền của bạn theo pháp luật Việt Nam. Nó không làm thay đổi luật điều chỉnh hợp đồng của bạn với đơn vị vận hành, vẫn là luật của Anh và xứ Wales (xem Mục 10 trong Điều khoản sử dụng).

6. Cookies & Consent / Cookie và sự đồng ý

6.1 Essential Cookies / Cookie thiết yếu

DongBridge uses essential cookies for authentication and session management (via Supabase Auth). These cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function and are always used. We also set a first-party referral cookie ("bb_ref", ~30 days) when you arrive via a referral link, used solely to attribute your referral so both you and your friend receive credits. It is not shared with any third party.

Chúng tôi sử dụng cookie thiết yếu cho việc đăng nhập và quản lý phiên, vốn cần thiết cho hoạt động của dịch vụ và luôn được sử dụng. Chúng tôi cũng đặt một cookie giới thiệu ("bb_ref", khoảng 30 ngày) khi bạn truy cập qua liên kết giới thiệu, chỉ nhằm ghi nhận lượt giới thiệu để cả bạn và bạn bè nhận được tín dụng. Cookie này không được chia sẻ với bên thứ ba.

6.2 Optional Marketing Cookies (Meta Pixel + Conversions API) / Cookie tiếp thị

A Meta (Facebook) Pixel may load only if (a) the operator has configured a pixel ID, and (b) you have consented via our cookie banner. If either condition is not met, the pixel does not load, no Meta cookies are set, and no data is shared with Meta Platforms.

Separately, when you have consented, our server reports the same conversion events to Meta directly via the Conversions API — including your hashed email, IP address, and _fbp/_fbc cookies. Each server event shares an ID with the browser Pixel so Meta deduplicates the pair into a single conversion. Without your consent, no server-side events are sent either.

You can withdraw consent at any time using the persistent "Quản lý cookie / Cookie preferences" control available on every page. Declining (or withdrawing) consent unloads the pixel and stops the server-side events.

Meta (Facebook) Pixel chỉ hoạt động khi (a) nhà vận hành đã cấu hình mã pixel, và (b) bạn đã đồng ý qua thanh cookie. Ngoài ra, khi bạn đã đồng ý, máy chủ của chúng tôi cũng gửi trực tiếp các sự kiện chuyển đổi tương tự đến Meta qua Conversions API — gồm email đã băm (hashed), địa chỉ IP và cookie _fbp/_fbc — được khớp trùng với Pixel để Meta chỉ tính một lần. Bạn có thể rút lại sự đồng ý bất kỳ lúc nào qua nút "Quản lý cookie / Cookie preferences" hiển thị trên mọi trang; khi đó cả Pixel và các sự kiện phía máy chủ đều dừng.

7. Security / Bảo mật

We implement industry-standard security measures, including:

TLS encryption for all data in transit.
Encryption at rest for data stored on Supabase.
Access controls so that users can only access their own data.
Restricted API key access with environment variable isolation.

No system is 100% secure. If you discover a security vulnerability, please disclose it responsibly to support@dongbridge.com.

7.1 Data Breach Notification / Thông báo vi phạm dữ liệu

In the event of a personal-data breach, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority — the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under the UK GDPR — without undue delay and, where feasible, within 72 hours of becoming aware of it. Where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will also notify you, the affected user, without undue delay.

Nếu xảy ra sự cố rò rỉ dữ liệu cá nhân, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo cho cơ quan giám sát liên quan (ICO theo UK GDPR) mà không chậm trễ và trong vòng 72 giờ khi khả thi, đồng thời thông báo cho người dùng bị ảnh hưởng nếu có nguy cơ cao đối với quyền của bạn.

8. Children's Privacy / Quyền riêng tư của trẻ vị thành niên

DongBridge is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact support@dongbridge.com and we will take immediate action to delete the account.

9. Changes to This Policy / Thay đổi chính sách

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email and/or a prominent in-app notice at least 14 daysbefore the changes take effect. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version.
